Round tip brush with extra-white hog bristle, long handle in earth-red lacquered wood with gold tip and nickel-plated brass ferrule.
The extra-white hog bristle is the thinnest amongst the natural bristles, being tenacious and resistant, medium elastic and flexible, with an excellent intake of colour. It is ideal for pasty techniques where colour handling is needed, such as oil or thick and medium acrylics. The brushstroke is thick and marked, leaving evident strokes in the colour.
Series 50 is characterised by an elongated, round-shaped fibre, perfect in terms of elasticity and resistance in creating colour mixtures, tactile details and dynamic brushstrokes in the painting. The range of sizes is truly broad to meet the needs of painters and students alike.
Proper cleaning and maintenance of the brush is necessary to prevent the hair from losing its shape. The handle is long, light and suitable for vertical easel work, where distance is needed between the hand and the work for perspective and a greater overview.
Individually packaged in resealable protective transparent plastic tube.
THE BRUSHSTROKE
The line is marked, short and defined, leaving pictorial marks in the colour. When pressure is applied, it leaves an elongated leaf shape.
