Cold wax medium is a soft paste formulated designated to be used with a palette knife, it is making oil colours thicker in texture and matt.
To use Cold wax with a brush, we suggest diluting a small dollop of the paste in a thinner of choice. It can also be applied as a wax varnish over a dry oil painting.
